No matter what the recipe - scaling almost always affects the cooking time and seasoning amounts. If you have a favorite recipe that you cook for your family and you'd like to make it for a party, just duplicate the recipe to create a party version, and adjust the individual quantities with the converter that's built into CookWare Deluxe.
